BOOKING & PAYMENTS

After discussing the details of your project, we’ll send you a contract to sign electronically (web design projects only) and an invoice for 50% non refundable deposit to book a spot in our calendar. The remaining 50% is due upon the completion. We offer 3 installment (33% each) plan for Full Branding + Web Package.

TURNAROUND TIMES

We reserve following spots in our calendar:
Logo Design Package & Full Branding Package - 2 weeks
Squarespace Web Design - 1.5 week
Wordpress Web Design - 2 weeks
Full Branding + Web Design Package - 3 weeks
We take on a limited number of clients every month to make sure every project gets the deserved attention.

FILES DELIVERED

Primary and Secondary Logo fies are delivered in several formats: .eps (vector), .png (with transparent background), .jpg (for preview) and another .png for watermark. Other items are sent to you in either .pdf or .jpg (depending if it’s for print or web). Working files (.psd or .eps) are an additional charge. Font files are not included due to copyright restrictions.

REVISIONS

We send you 4+ logo design concepts to select from and each package includes 3 rounds of revisions of the selected concept. Web design: 2 rounds of revisions. Other design items (business cards etc): 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate of £20.

REQUIREMENTS

After we book a spot for your project in our calendar, we’ll send you a questionnaire (for branding projects) and a list of suggested content for your website. All content is required before web design process starts. Also, we will guide you through the purchase of Squarespace plan or Wordpress hosting package.
